THE WORLD ALMOST ENDED 71 YEARS AGO...
The plague appeared out of nowhere and devastated the world. Fever, respiratory disease, plagues, and death—anyone who contracted the plague died within a week. Nothing could stop her. The world did its best... but it wasn't enough.
The few survivors of our people fought desperately to keep the world from finally plunging into oblivion. For three generations we have lived at sea, aboard floating stations called "shelters".
Far from the epidemic, we manage to send supplies to the mainland (antibiotics, food, medicines and tools) which allow the inhabitants there (and us) not to succumb definitively. We have kept alive a network of the largest cities in the world. But the situation has worsened in recent years. No more news arrives from the cities furthest from the refuges...
Tomorrow a small group will leave to find out what is left of the rest of the world. None of us can say what we will find.
Pandemic Legacy - Season 2 is an epic cooperative game for 2 to 4 players. Unlike many other games, this one fights against you. Also, some of the actions you take in Pandemic Legacy will have consequences in future games. The world of each playgroup will be different from the others!
