Kitara is a game of conquest, based on movement and territory control. With an innovative and ingenious hand management mechanic, it is both very accessible and extremely deep. Add cards to your kingdom: each card allows you to perform different actions each turn, namely the ability to draw more cards, recruit soldiers, heroes and spirit animals, and move to invade a nearby territory.
The more cards you have, the more powerful you are and the more prosperity points you will accumulate. But each card held represents a part of the Kingdom that needs to be fed. Which ones will you sacrifice if you can't feed them all? How to move your troops in order to keep the most vital ones?
